67 of Yucca Valley, CA former San Bernardino resident passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in Yucca Valley. William spent four years duty 3rd Marine Div with two tours in Viet Nam. He was retired from S.B. County Flood Control Div. He was born in Hannibal, MO to William W. Spalding Sr. and Marjorie Spalding Pavia. He is survived by children Jeff, Cody, Nicholas, Laura, and Cidney Spalding, sisters Gayle Williams and Vicki Rodosky and his mother, Marjorie Spalding Pavia. He leaves many friends.
