Shirley Ilene Kay's Obituary
Shirley I Kay, 80 passed away July 27, 2009 at St. Bernardine Medical Center, San Bernardino, California. Originally from Los Angeles, Shirley had lived in San Bernardino for over 50 years. She worked as a book keeper and payroll clerk for over 40 years; she was very proud of having worked hard her whole life.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Richard Floyd Kay II and her son Richard Floyd Kay III.
She is survived by her son Scott Anthony Kay (Mary-Chris) of Ohio, her daughter Kimberly Kay of San Bernardino, CA and her brother William Duclus of Loomis, CA. Also surviving her are 14 grandchildren and her 21 great grandchildren along with many friends.
A visitation will be held Thursday July 30th from 5-7 p.m. with a funeral service Friday July 31st at 1:00 p.m. both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. A graveside service will follow immediately at Sunny Slope Cemetery, 40 Pennsylvania Ave., Beaumont, CA.
