Russell Francis Pennell entered this life on August 16, 1949 to loving parents Clyde & Vaudis Pennell in Fontana, California. He passed on to eternal life on November 23, 2016 in San Bernardino, California.
Russell had enlisted into the United States Navy, where he went on to proudly serve his country during the Vietnam Conflict. After serving his country he went on to marry his beloved wife Pamela in 1981. Together they went on to start their loving family.
Russell enjoyed many hobbies during his life. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and was an avid sportsman who enjoyed trap shooting with his weapon of choice being his trusty shotgun. He was also a racecar enthusiast who enjoyed street racing and also helped to sponsor several racecars. He was in the process of restoring his 1966 Plymouth Valiant to its full potential. But most importantly he was a loving Father and a proud Grandpa who enjoyed spending as much time with his family as he could.
Russell Francis Pennell is survived by his loving mother Vaudis Pennell; his beloved wife Pamela Pennell; his sons Russell Shane Pennell & Eryn Pennell; daughters Rachael Pennell Loverock,; grandchildren Shane Michael Pennell, Jewel Mathews, Autumn Pennell, Jacob Loverock, Kylie Loverock, & Caleb Russell Pennell; brother Timothy Pennell; sister Patricia Johnson.
