I just wanted to thank everyone for all the nice words in remembrance of my mother, as well as, the many prayers. She was the most courageous, talented and loving person I have ever known, and I am beyond fortunate to have had her as my mom. She was always there for me and I will miss her so much! I love you and miss you mom, and can't wait to see you again in heaven.
You were such an amazing and beautiful woman. I love and miss you!!!

Today March 15th 2013 Is a another dayto remember my cousin Joan . I can not be there to day to pay my respects. I can only do the next best thing by sharing some of my warm thoughts of Joan, just a few of many. She was a special warm harted, thoughtful person. Every visit to see her was a great time. Last summer my visit was one I will all ways remember. With Jan, Debra, Joan and myself. We all spent the day going through thrift stores. I had my camcorder with me in the store and was filming the girls. They thought it was a silly thing to do. I did not and now I have that movie.Joan and I had a fun day at the mall and lunch. She Liked to cook and fixed me some great twice baked potatos. She was good at growing things and had a lot of beautiful plants in her backyard. She had a love for animals. I told my husband I only had good memeries of her. He said no bad one's, NO, I said I could not think of a single one. I will miss Joan and she will always be in my thoughts until we meet again in heaven . Marlene

Pat and family,
September 9, 1946 - March 9, 2013. What does that little dash mean:
We would like to say a heartfelt Thank You for letting us get to know Joan. It was a pleasure to go to your house and always see her smiling face and hear her upbeat voice. Just in the short time we were allowed to know her she made a great and unforgettable impact. Angela enjoys her handmade scarf and brags about it to all who will listen. The kids and I miss her melt in your mouth cookies. Angela and I are going to miss getting the opportunity to bring her salted caramel ice cream as we had the chance to do on many Sundays.
Sitting and talking to her always turned to how much she loved you all. She told me she was greatful for a great son who forced her to eat her meals to get her ice cream. She loved to tell stories about how you would party at her house, Pat, and she would go in the other room. She loved how different your kids were and loved to have them as her grandkids.
That is what that little dash meant to us.
Forever greatful,
The Gentry's
