Jo ANN VREEKEN's Obituary
Jo Ann Vreeken, 69, died July 12, 2006 at St. Bernardine Medical Center. A resident of San Bernardino 49 years, Jo Ann was an insurance underwriter for over 20 years. She was a member of the board of the Inland Regional Center from 1979 until 2005 where she served as president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Jo Ann was one of the founding members of the Developmental Services Support Foundation which was formed in 1998 to support the IRC. Survivors include her husband Jim, son Robert and sister, Janis and husband Dale. Jo Ann was a very warm and loving person and brought joy and happiness to all who knew her. Viewing will be Monday from 4:00PM – 7:00PM with services to follow on Tuesday July 18, 2006 at 11:00AM both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
