Dear Jim, Bob and Janis. I was a friend of Joann since she lived on Courtland and I lived on 25th st in San Bernardino. We went on many walks together. She with her dalmation and I with my sheltie. We also spend many days in Sacramento attending meetings and many days at IRC Board meeting retreats. She was a beautiful, gracious lady.
