Sorry to hear about Jenny’s passing. I worked with Jenny at DFAS. We worked in the same section together for several years. She brought laughter, humor to my day and she always had a smile on her face. She talked fondly about her children and grandkids. Rest in Peace Jenny.
Love,
Eve Hohn
I was saddened to hear of Jennie's passing. I first talked with Jennie in Aug 1996. She worked at DFAS San Bernardino and I worked in finance liaison office at McChord AFB WA. Whenever I needed anything done, Jennie was one of two outstanding people that helped me. I enjoyed talking with her and she always brightened my day. She enjoyed life and loved to laugh and share stories of her family. To this day when I think of you, you still put a smile on my face and brighten my day with laughter. Thank you Jennie for the memories for I will always remember you.
Friends Always,
Ricky Hohn
To the Whittaker families...It is with sincere prayers and sympathetic thoughts that I send you my condolences for the loss of your loved one. It's the love that keeps our dear ones close and will reunite us together, so may you find comfort in cherished memories and in knowing in your heart that there is a place beyond this earth where loved ones never, ever part. I pray that in the midst of all the grief you feel in your heart, may hope find a place to grow as you remember the precious moments you shared with your departed and the happy times you "all" had together. I wish I knew the things to say to help your sorrow ease, but it always seems that words fall short at difficult times like these. Still, I hope you somehow feel my caring thoughts are near, and if there's anything you need, please know that I am here also for you. I first met Jennie at the Norton Commissary and then we both transferred to the Norton Finance Office at Norton A.F.B. , then we both transferred to the March Finance Office at March A.R.B. when Norton closed, and then transferred to the "New" DFAS Finance Center just outside what was Norton A.F.B.. It was here that I later became Jennie's supervisor. Jennie was a true professional and perfectionist in all that she did. It was an honor and a privilege to have worked so closely with Jennie. I have so, so, many fond memories and really "good times" that we shared together. I will always be grateful for the joy of knowing your loved one. Heaven gained an angel when your loved one passed away...And although they may have left this earth, they'll be with you every day...So may you find some comfort in knowing they will always be a part...Of every moment in your life because you now have an angel in your heart. No one can know exactly what you're going through right now, for losing a loved one is such a personal thing. But it's important that you know there are so many people who care and will always be here for you with open hearts and open arms. At a time of sadness, the Lord may seem distant, but be assured that He is with you, offering comfort in His arms and through those who love you. I hope you have strength in knowing that each new day brings hope and promise to light your way. "Hope is what blooms when nothing else can." In the midst of all the grief you feel in your heart, may hope find a place to grow as you remember the precious moments you shared with your departed and the happy times you had together. In consolation...Sandy Mercadel-Moulder, a.k.a. (M&M) and Family.

To the Whitaker family.. so sorry for your loss.. I met Jenny when we worked at the Norton Commissary, and we became fast friends. She was my partner in crime many nights when we would go out and party.. I'm sorry I lost contact with her throughout the years but I was able to see her last year at one of the Norton get togethers at the Hometown buffet. I will always remember her love of life and she did make me laugh. RIP my friend...

I met Jenny while working at Norton AFB, then at March ARB. We also worked together at DFAS. She loved to "Party", and enjoyed having fun. RIP Jenny.

To all of my Second Family..I am so sorry for for your loss. Your Mom always put up with me when Lori and I where together..usually getting into trouble or stopping by for lunch so Lori could watch her soaps at lunch.. Thanks for the good times. I still remember when your Mom made the list for your sister to get tacos one day. Instead of realizing each line was to count the tacos such as 1111 she ended up getting abunch of tacos... it was funny..a bit expensive but funny.. God bless you all and Lori please call or stop by....as Tiffany is all grown and I am a grandma, retired with emphysema. Love to all ..Sharon Miles Reynaga
