Jimi Kruk's Obituary
James "Jimi" Michael Kruk
45, lost his battle to leukemia after a yearlong struggle with his illness: he was surrounded by his wife, 3 boys and immediate family, January 30,2013. Jimi graduated from Aquinas High School, received his BS from CSUSB, received his masters from APU, and was in the process of obtaining his Ph.D from La Sierra University. Jimi's dream was to live in San Clemente and fish every day after work.
Jimi is survived by his loving wife Jonette, of 23 years, and his sons Blake, Cody and Dawson, his mother Madeleine, his sisters Suzanne Padilla, Elisabeth Kruk (Jeffrey Larkin), his brothers Mark (Bernadette), Donald (Robin), Patrick (Ingrid), Richard, Stephen (Geraldine) and Andrew, and 10 nieces and 6 nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert John Kruk, brother Robert John Kruk Jr. and grandparents.
Jimi will always be remembered for his sense of humor and his huge "ear to ear" smile, his practical jokes, and his love for life and family. As Jimi always said "Life is a gift and everyday is a blessing."
