We are all very sad here in Canada. I know I had not seen my Auntie Irene since about 1992 when her and Clint visited. I know my Mum wishes she had gone to England recently, but she has had a tough year with health issues and recently had a fall and hit her head. Irene was so important to our family. A very special lady in our hearts. I was very blessed to have known her and was honored to have my wedding in her beautiful back yard. She had a big heart and I will forever remember her and her generosity.

I was so sad to hear the sad news of Aunty Irene's death. We always used to look forward to her visits and we were so glad she made the trip over one last time so recently. We were able to spend a lovely afternoon in Southport with her sisters, nieces and nephews laughing and reminiscing. God bless, and rest in peace Irene.

Irene will be very sadly missed by all her loving family here in Liverpool, her two sisters Madge and Frances and her many nieces and nephews. I am so happy that she did make the journey back here those few short months ago and saw her sisters one last time.
