HAROLD CLIFFORD GAIN's Obituary
Harold C. Gain, 93, a resident of Redlands and San Bernardino for 47 years, passed away at his home in Anaheim, November 18, 2006. He served as a locomotive engineer for Santa Fe Railway for 44 years. Harold loved the Lord and his family. He served as an Elder in the Christian Church for 52 years and was given the honor of Elder Emeritus at the Central Christian Church in 1995. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Lola; three daughters, Carolyn Clifford (Gordon) of Silver City, NM, Patricia Eastman (Ross) of Corona and Lynda Gooszen of Anaheim; daughter-in-law, Sharon Gain of Orange; ten grandchildren and spouses; twenty great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Genette Moore of Santa Maria; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a son, H. Clifford Gain II. A visitation will be held Friday, November 24, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and a service will be held, Saturday, November 25, at 10:00 a.m., both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.
