Our love to Lola and family:
Abbott served in earlier years as a deacon and had fond memories of "afternoon communion and prayer calls" with Harold. Later, in the mid-70's, served as an elder at Central church with Harold. He was a loving, dedicated, always consistent servant of the Lord, a Godly example to all of the men around him. He was a stable, mediating "rock" in the church's leadership. (In hindsight, I regret I didn't stand up and give these remembrances during todoay's wonderful funeral service.)
As our three babies arrived, Lola, you always welcomed them with a gift and your love. We appreciated your many years of loving care of our children in Central's nursery.
A tribute today to Harold's long and fruitful life, well-lived, a grand farewell, and "'til we meet again in heaven," praising the Lord, with you.
Love, Abbott and Linda Paine##imported-begin##Abbott and Linda Paine##imported-end##
