Everett "Ed" McGrew's Obituary
Born in Pasadena, CA, Ed was a WWII veteran serving in the Navy from 1944-1947 on the U.S.S. Wharton. He was also a fireman on the San Bernardino City Fire Dept. for 35 years retiring as a Battalion Chief.
Survivors are his wife of 68 years Aldona (Doni) McGrew, son Steven McGrew and daughter Paula McGrew. Also Sisters Dorothy Conjurski of Cottage Grove, OR Vonnie Jean Raynor of Kingman, AZ brothers Don McGrew of Carlsbad and Jim McGrew of Fawnskin and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice. Service will be held Wed. Dec. 21, 11:00 a.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel. He was a kind, fair and gentle man.
Ed will be laid to rest privately.
