Donald Victor Germond's Obituary
Donald Victor Germond passed away on December 25, 2012 in is sleep from Leukemia.
He was born to Victor and Marie Germond in the city of Flint, Michigan. He was the younger brother to two beautiful sisters, Marjorie and Geraldine. the family moved to the west coast where they grew up in sunny Southern California. He lived in the city of Upland, where he attended and graduated from Chaffey High School. He married his wife Jillene in June of 1969. He served our country in the U. S. Air Force and then returned to live and raise his family in the city of Highland where he resided until his death. He had three wonderful daughters and adopted two sons.
Donald was a loving, caring husband, father, grandfather and brother.
His was preceded in death by his mother and father Marie and Victor, and by his youngest daughter Denise.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jillene, his sister Marjorie (Clarke) Boesen, sister, Geraldine Germond, his daughters, Debra (Al) Dominguez and Darlene (Richard) Cullings, his sons, Scott (Jeanne) Germond and Barry Germond.
He had 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild with one great grandchild on the way. He had many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a large host of cousins and other relatives.
Donald will be greatly missed by all.
There will be no services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Don's honor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Cards or other condolences may be sent to his wife.
