Jeanne J. Germond
"Daddy Don",
I lost my own Dad when I was 19 years old. I am thankful and proud to have had you in my life for 26 years. You were my Dad too. I was honored to have you walk me down the aisle when Scotty and I were married. When I told you "I Love You", I got back from you a smile and "You know how I feel about you too". Then a couple of times you actually said "I love you". I always felt it. You were always there with your love and unselfish caring - putting others needs before your own. Thank you so much for that, your ethics, understanding, integrity, goofy jokes and orneriness (not to mention all of the firewood - ha). I have the utmost respect for you. I will love and remember your kindnesses, caring and humor as long as I live - and I will miss you with all of my heart.
Sweet dreams and rest in peace "Daddy Don". Until we meet again, we'll keep the fires burning.
Tons of Love,
Your other daughter, XO, Jeanne
