For my Uncle Charlie - We met only a couple times when you visited my mom in Ohio. Even though it was only a few encounters, you have left me with the best memory of learning how to do a “California wink”. These visits were over 20 years ago but you have left me with such happy, fond memories. May you continue to watch over your family and live on through their memories.
Love your neice,

Sandy, Just wanted you to know how much Charlie meant to a lot of us. Charlie and I worked closely together for two years at March AFB. We retired from there when the base was transferred to the Reserves. Charlie made my last two years of federal service very enjoyable -- he always had a funny story or a joke to tell. What a great guy and we will all miss him. Cheryl Dumaine##imported-begin##Cheryl Dumaine##imported-end##

Charlie was retired when I was stationed at Norton. I did on several occassions have the pleasure of teeing it up with him. He was a super guy and someone that I have always remembered from my stay in S. California. My sympathy goes out to his family.
