ARVIL E. HALE's Obituary
Arvil E. Hale, 85, a 62 year resident of San Bernardino, passed away December 2, 2006. He was born on October 7, 1921 in Mt. Vernon, Texas. He served in WWII as a waist gunner on a B-17, stationed in England. He was a teacher and a coach in San Bernardino City School District for 35 years. He is survived by his wife Joyce; son Douglas Hale & wife Cindy; grandsons, Geoffrey and Andrew Hale; nephew, David Hall & wife Bette; sister-in-law Marjorie Stavenhagen; nieces Janet Stavenhagen, Lillis & husband Bernard McPhearson, Patsy Lindley and nephew Eugene & wife Martha Lindley. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino. Interment will be private. A Scholarship Fund has been set up in Memory of Arvil E. Hale at Cajon High School's Atheletic Department.
