Yolanda Dolores Martin Gemar “YAYA” (November 20, 1939 – November 6, 2010)
Born to parents Joseph and Victoria Martin in Los Angeles. She lived most of her life in San Bernardino. She served 25 years as a personnel specialist at Norton Air Force Base. She enjoyed music, theater, casinos, sports, especially college basketball.
She will be deeply missed by Marvin Gemar; Her daughter, Linda Morgan and husband Bob, her sons Jeffrey Morgan and wife Virginia, Chris Sonnenburg and wife Janelle, Step-daughter, Sharon DeLion and husband David, and sister, Sheila Christen; her adored grandchildren, Micah, Mauricio, Carolyn, Victoria, Arianna, Catalina, James, Kelly and Kayleigh; and a vast amount of family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2010 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. and a Chapel service will be held on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Riverside National Cemetery.
