Winston "Win" Wallace Carl's Obituary
Winston “Win” Carl, passed away May 15, 2010 at Redlands Community Hospital. Win graduated from the University of Oregon in 1948 and received his masters in 1969 from the University of Redlands. He retired as the Personnel Officer for the San Bernardino Community College District.
Win was very active in many community organizations including the U of R Town and Gown, Kiwanis, YMCA, San Bernardino County Grand Juror’s Assoc. and the Crafton Hills and San Bernardino Valley College Foundations. Win was member of the First Presbyterian Church in San Bernardino where he served as an elder, chairperson of the Endowment Committee and member of Galleons.
Win is survived by his son Ron (Jill) Carl, daughter Susie Carl and 6 grandchildren. Win was preceded in death by his wife Bette.
