William Thomas Windsor's Obituary
William T. Windsor, 74, a resident of San Bernardino County for 34 years, died Saturday, June 24, 2006 in a five year aftermath of a stroke.. Born in North Carolina, he was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Retiring from service at March Air Force Base after 21 years, Bill then became a successful entrepreneur, spanning 36 years in sales and marketing in the manufactured housing industry throughout California. His wife, Donna died in 1998. He is survived by one son, Michael J. Orton of Richfield, Utah and two daughters, Debra Jo Windsor-Stokes of Highland and Corri Windsor-Stevens of Riverside; four grandchildren, Ashleigh Orton, Jody Stokes, Matthew Stevens, and Emily Orton. Viewing will be held Tuesday, June 27, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm and Wednesday, June 28 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a memorial service following at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Smith Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Linwood, North Carolina.
