William ‘Bill’ E. Neece, 66, passed away March 22, 2017. A former resident of San Bernardino, Bill had resided in Newport Beach for the past eight years. Born and raised in San Bernardino, Bill honorably served in the United State Read Obituary
Bill and I went to Grace Lutheran elementary school in S.B., Cali. In the 6th grade we were playing soccer for a school activity. When he bounced the ball off his head, he said, "Now, that's using your head." He was a big happy guy. Always smiling and cracking jokes. I'm happy he had a good, productive life.

Bill and I were engineers with Contel of CA, in Victorville. I remember his smiling, outgoing personality. It was always a pleasure consulting with him.
