William L. McNiel's Obituary
William L. McNiel, 72, of San Bernardino, CA passed away on March 3rd, 2014 in Loma Linda, CA. Mr. McNiel was born in Philadelphia, PA and was the first of seven children. William later joined the Air Force in November of 1959 where he served in Vietnam. He is preceded in death by his mother, Savannah. William is survived by his brothers Thomas (Marie), Gregory and his sister Savannah.
