William Grant's Obituary
William J. (Bill) Grant, 75 of Highland, CA passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Loma Linda, CA. He is survived by his wife Freydis of 54 years, daughter, Julie (John) Johnson of San Bernardino, grandson, Sean Johnson of San Bernardino, step granddaughter, Crystal (Rob) Kingerey, step great grandson, Rune, and brother, David Campbell of Mesa, AZ.
He was past President of CSNA, NASC, and various other club positions in Southern California. At the time of his death, Bill was President of the C.A.L. XII society which is the Charles A. Lindbergh International organization. Bill was also an avid Dodger fan and loved his time at the Crap table. Bill entered the U.S.A. F. in 1954 and served until his retirement in 1977 as Master Sergeant at the AFISC, Norton Air Force Base, CA.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 15, 2010 at his daughter’s home, Julie and John Johnson, 5423 Bartlett Drive San Bernardino, Ca. 92407. We invite his friends to come and share memories with one another.
