William Lewis Funke's Obituary
William Lewis Funke 62 a San Bernardino County resident of 45 years, passed away, March 20, 2008 at St Bernadine Medical Center.
William loved working at California Steel where he was an Engineering Foreman. Including his time at Kaiser Steel, he worked for the Steel Industry for over 45 years. He was a lifetime member of the Porsche Automobile Club and his interests included H.O. Model Trains and Photography as well as reading. William was a good husband and father and loved spending special times with his family.
Survivors include: his wife of 28 years Joyce; His sons Joseph and Michael; Grandchildren Aaron Harbor-Wallace and Christopher Trujillo; Sister Sallie (Larry) Keyser, Brothers Henry (Kim) Funke, Robert Funke, and John Funke; Cousins Marston (Linda) Tallant and Martha Furman.
Memorial Services will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E Highland Ave., San Bernardino, on Saturday April, 19th at 10:00 am with a private interment at a later date.
