To Jeffrey and family, I extend to you my heartfelt sympathy in the lose of Bill, my 4-H colleague for over 20 years. He brought much enthusiasm to the 4-H program in San Bernardino County and throughout the state. As you know, he was a great and fun person to work with. When he retired, I continued to bring wishes of your celebration on 4/1 and 7/7. We did not talk much but I have fond memories of you and the Sirowy Family.
