WALLACE B. FARRELL's Obituary
Wallace B. Farrell, 66, Attorney at Law, passed away on 9/21/2007 in Fallbrook. He resided in San Diego County for the past 15 years. Wallace was raised in San Bernardino and attended Pacific High School where he was the football quarterback for the varsity team. He graduated in 1959. Wallace obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1968 and was the commencement speaker. He received numerous awards & honors during his academics. Wallace was the Chief Justice of Moot Court. Wallace was a Certified Criminal Law Specialist for the past 30 years and practiced criminal defense for 40 years in the San Bernardino & Riverside areas. Wallace was a member of the San Bernardino & Riverside County Bar Associations, American & California Trial Lawyers’ Associations, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, California Public Defenders’ Association and San Bernardino County Defense Attorneys’ Association.Wallace had many hobbies which included racing formula cars, side-car motor bike racing, super bikes, sailing and piloting. In 1995, Wallace co-authored On The Boulevard of The Galleons, A book about his many sailing adventures and his expedition in Mexico. Wallace is survived by his two daughters, Lynette Farrell and Dana Farrell; three grandchildren; Mandy, Sergio & Madison; and Lola, his beloved dog.Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA
