Veneda Lucy Warren's Obituary
Veneda Lucy Warren, beloved wife of Benjamin C. Warren for 59 years, passed away on October 2, 2010 at her home in Hemet, California at the age of 75. Originally from Arkansas, Veneda has lived in California for many years. She was the Secretary and Treasurer for Unified Aircraft Services for 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carla Warren and sister, Wilma Phillips.
She is survived by her husband, Benjamin her children Benjamin Thomas Warren, Fred Earl Warren, Tamara Star Rosvall and Charles MT Warren. Also surviving her are her 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Veneda enjoyed her days of caring for animals at the family home, and took pride in naming the horses; she has named hundreds of horses, most with the first name “Warren”.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. with a chapel service Friday, October 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., both held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Graveside service will immediately follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Waterman Avenue and Barton Road, Colton.
