Steven Kenney Claus' Obituary
Steven Kenney Claus, Age 50, was called home to help God start a new garden on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Following a courageous struggle with cancer. He was born in San Bernardino on August 25, 1960 and lived in the area all his life. He was the CEO of a successful landscaping business. Everything he touched blossomed and he had many loyal customers.
Steve was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruth Angermeier. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori; daughter, Kayla; and son Austin - who made him extremely proud when he recently graduated high school during this trying time. Also surviving him are his parents, Harry (Kenney) and Sally Claus; a sister Karen Heggi, a brother, Scott Claus; aunt, Peggy Lopez;uncle, Bill Gatlin; grandfather, Paul Angermeier, and many other devoted family members and friends.
Steve was an avid hunter and fisherman. He treasured the outdoors and enjoyed sleeping under the stars. He was an all American guy who loved the red, white and blue, Fords, and strawberry pie. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 28355 Baseline Street, Highland, Ca.
