Mr. Shaun Edward Ellsworth's Obituary
Shaun Edward Ellsworth, 50, passed away at UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles, on January 21, 2017. Shaun was born on April 13, 1966 in Upland, California to Kent Ellsworth and Diane Nottingham. Shaun was a Life Coach and small business marketer for over 20 years. He was an artist and entrepreneur and always had a joyful attitude, even despite his many years of illness. He lived in Crestline with his wife Christina for the past 17 years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served a mission in Sendai, Japan 1985-1987.
He was preceded in death by his father Kent Ellsworth and his sister Molly Festa.
He is survived and missed by his wife Christina and sons Orson, Spencer, and Cooper; mother Diane (Neil) Nottingham; brothers Brent (Tina), Paul (Katy), Romney (Erin), and Roger (Lyndzee); sisters Emily (Larry) Harris and Penny (Bryan) Bihlmaier.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017, at the LDS church in Crestline, 294 Fernwood Drive, Crestline, CA at 11:00 AM (viewing at 9:30 AM).
