Selma Vargas, 86, of Redlands, California passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 7, 2018. Selma was born on August 17, 1932 in Salinas, Puerto Rico. She is survived by her three children: Marionela Valencia of Redlands, Cindy Estrada of New York, and Steven Torres of New York. As well as eleven grandchildren and four Great-Grandchildren. She will be forever missed by her loving Family.
