ROSE E. ROSENBERG's Obituary
Rose E. Rosenberg, 96, a resident of San Bernardino for 49 years passed away at home Saturday, December 23, 2006. Rose and her husband, Lou, owned and operated Gross Furs for 32 years. She was a Member of Congregation Emanu El, Sisterhood of Congregation Emanu El, San Bernardino Women’s Club, Emblem Club #178, City of Hope, Life Member of Hadassah and Life Member of Bnai Brith. Survivors include: her son, Dr. Robert Rosenberg and his wife, Anita of Whittier; daughter, Roberta Gore of Sherman Oaks; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Rosenberg; daughter, Marcia Halpern and grandson, Steven Rosenberg. Services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Congregation Emanu El, 3512 N. ‘E’ Street, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Home of Eternity Cemetery, 803 Sierra Way.
