Romaine E. Bedoya, 78, died February 16, 2007, at St. Bernardine Medical Center. A resident of San Bernardino 44 years, Romaine was an elementary school teacher 38 years, completing her career in the San Bernardino Unified School District. Survivors include her husband Fred, son, Robert Richard Root and his wife Alice, daughter Maggie Dickson and her husband Mike, sister, Rosemary Kowalchik, 2 grandchildren, Jake and Molly, and 1 great-grandchild, Alexandria. Viewing will be Wednesday, February 21, from 4:00PM – 7:00PM, at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino. Graveside services will be Thursday, February 22, at 10:30 a.m. Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside Staging area # 6.
