Roberta Louise Lockwood's Obituary
Roberta Louise Lockwood (60) Passed away on October 23, 2012 in Fontana, California. She was a loved 5th grade teacher at Belvedere Elementary School in Highland. She had taught school for 19 years. She received a Master’s Degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University.
Roberta was kind and her door was always open for anyone who needed help. She lived an others oriented life. She loved her students like they were her own children. She really enjoyed the holidays and celebrating birthdays. Roberta loved taking her grandkids to amusement parks, to the movies and enjoyed many sporting events in support of her beloved grandchildren.
Roberta is survived by her daughter Laurie Rethaford; son in law Mike Rethaford; son Kenneth Lockwood; daughter in law Stacey Lockwood; grandchildren, Austin, Devin, and Madison.
Graveside services will be held at Hermosa Garden Cemetery 900 Meridian St., Colton, CA on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM with a reception celebrating Roberta’s life afterward.
