Robert Louis Shelton's Obituary
Robert Louis Shelton, 87, passed away at his home on September 14, 2011. A resident of San Bernardino for 48 years, Robert retired from the US Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after 20 years of service and retired from the City of Redlands Finance Dept. after 21 years. Robert was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of San Bernardino where he served as an Elder.
Robert is survived by his 3 daughters: Robbin Santiago, Annora Hall, Alika Galloway, son, Jan Shelton, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Jewell.
Viewing will be Thursday September 22, 2011 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue. Church service will be Friday September 23, 2011 10:00a.m. at First Presbyterian Church 1900 N. "D" St. San Bernardino, CA 92405. Burial will follow at 1:15 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery Riverside, CA Staging Area #2.
