Robert Dean Daetwiler's Obituary
Robert Dean Daetwiler was born on June 21, 1945 in Los Angeles, California to Oliver and Elda Sophie Daetwiler.
He was a Health Inspector for the County of Los Angeles for 25 years and a sport enthusiast. Heavy supporter of USC Troyans.
Bob, as friends and family called him enjoyed traveling, among the places that he visited are: Nicaragua, Canada, Seattle, Philadelphia and Arizona.
He was very health minded and walked an average of 4-5 miles a day.
Bob was also an avid old, classic movie viewer. One of his favorites was Gone with the wind. He was proud of his art collection that included a number of lithographs, paintings and coins.
He is survived by his daughter Joelle Crockett, grandson Zion Crockett and former wife Renee Daetwiler. Preceded in death by Father Oliver Daetwiler, mother Elda Sophie and brother James.
A viewing will be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel on Wednesday September 23, 2015 at 5 p.m.
Funeral services will take place at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel on Thursday September 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Burial to follow at Inglewood Park Cemetery
