When I decided to pursue a career in nursing you and Uncle Walter loaned me the money without interest!
You helped me with Grace after Jeff passed away.
You enjoyed your nieces and nephews immensely and were so generous with all of us.

My sweet Auntie. I can't begin to describe how much you have meant to me all my life. I always looked up to you because of your kind and generous heart. You sacrificed so much of yourself so you could give to others. What an amazing example of Love you were to each of us. You became another mother to each of your nieces and nephews and what a blessing you were. My grieving heart will miss you for the rest of my life. I will miss your long messages on my answering machine, always ending with ...."Aunt Rita" as if I was unaware of who was calling. I love you auntie. Thank you for being my auntie and for EVERYTHING you did for me my whole life. I am a better person today because of you.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I loved Rita with all my heart. We have been friends since I was 21 years old at the phone company. I was with Western Electric. I am now 82 so as you can see, it has been a long time. She is now with Walt in heaven. God love and bless them and all of you....Pat Scarsella
Rita was always easy going, soft spoken and a great sense of humor. I visited her often at her residence. Just to be in her presence was delightful. I will miss her and the talks we had about things that make life so wonderful to live. My deepest sympathy to the family.
