RICHARD PACE HALL's Obituary
Richard P. Hall, 61, was a lifetime resident of San Bernardino, CA. He was semi retired to Desert Shores, CA and fully retired Tuesday morning, September 19, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Susan; daughter Holli of Sacramento, CA; son, Sean of San Bernardino, CA; his brother, Hap Hall of Hot Springs, Arkansas and his soon to be son-in-law, James D. Gundlach of Sacramento, CA. Richard was a graduate of San Bernardino High School, he served in the US Army and then continued his education at Cal State University San Bernardino where he earned his degree in sociology. His career was in shipping and sales at Tamco Steel for 32 years. He enjoyed being involved with Youth Athletics, as well as his children’s High School band and sports activities. Upon relocating to Desert Shores in 2003, he spent his time pursuing interests in reading, fishing, boating, golf and landsailing. He thoroughly enjoyed the company of his many good friends and family. Richard also loved jazz music, cartography, and off roading. He was an active volunteer for Treasure Trails Inc. in the desert. Richard will be fondly remembered for his quick wit and great sense of humor by all of those who knew him. Graveside services will be held 10:45 AM, Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Staging Area #4, Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA.
