Raymond "Ray" Lewis' Obituary
Raymond M. Lewis passed away on July 4, 2022 in Loma Linda, California at the age of 77. He was born in Biloxi, MS to Maude and Fred Lewis on November 13, 1944. He was in the 4th Marines from 1963 to 1967. He served in Vietnam for 16 months.
He is survived by his wife Jill Lewis, daughters Christy Leblanc (Dean), Tracy Martinez (Ernie), Bonnie Luce (Jimmy) all of San Bernardino and son Sammy Lewis of Hollywood, Florida. He leaves six grandchildren Lauren Vermillion, Chase Sayre (Celena), Taylor Vermillion, Madeline Sayre, Hannah Vermillion and Christopher Leblanc plus one great granddaughter, Charlie Sue.
He is also survived by his sisters Charlene Delena, Gail Caron (Mark) and Cindi Staff (Spear) all of Biloxi, MS along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Inland Empire Senior Men’s Golf Club and Elks Lodge 836 in San Bernardino. He was an avid golfer and loved spending time with his family.
Services are scheduled for Monday, July 25th at 11:45 at the Riverside National Cemetery with a luncheon at the Elks Lodge in San Bernardino, 2055 Elks Drive.
