Lifetime resident of San Bernardino passed away May 21, 2017 at Loma Linda Veteran's Hospital at the age of 99. Ralph was born in San Bernardino, he served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a Musician. He retired from Kaiser Steel as a Millwright and was Catholic. He is survived by his 4 children, Juliana Quezada of San Bernardino, Crispo Laguna of Sun City, CA, Arthur Laguna of Colton, Theresa Connelly of Apple Valley.
