R C EDWARDS's Obituary
RC Edwards (92) passed away on April 21st 2008 at his home in San Bernardino. Originally from Gleason, TN, RC lived most of his life in San Bernardino.
He was an aircraft mechanic with Norton Air Base for 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Barbara and grand daughter Lori Linn.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years Helen Marie Edwards. Also surviving him are his son and daughter in law Bob and Phyllis Edwards of San Bernardino, his sister Mary Ruth Ratay of Fairview Heights, IL, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held Sunday, April 27th from 5 – 7 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA. A funeral service will be held Monday April 28th at 10:00 also at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel in the Courtyard Chapel.
A graveside service will immediately follow at Montecito Memorial Park, S. Waterman Ave. and Barton Road, Colton, CA.
