Mr Phillip Castro's Obituary
Phillip Castro, 86, passed away in San Bernardino on March 5, 2014. Phil retired from the United States Army; Company A, 1st Special Forces Group Airborne, as a Staff Sergeant Major. He served during WWII, Korea and Vietnam. After his faithful service to his country, he worked for Fairview Ford as a mechanic for 35 years. Phil loved breeding birds, farming, swap meets, gardening and listening to the Dodgers on the radio. He was also a proud member of the Republican Party.
He is survived by Yoko, his loyal wife of almost 50 years. Also surviving him are his children Cindy, Jack, Jay, and Vicki, three grandchildren and his siblings Elias, Irenio, Rachel and Carol.
