PETER BAYUS's Obituary
Peter Bayus, 79, passed away Friday, June 1, 2007 at home in San Bernardino. Peter was born April 16, 1928 in Warren, Ohio. He retired from the Santa Fe Railroad in 1986 as a Supervisor after 42 years and was a resident of San Bernardino for 63 years. Peter enjoyed the outdoors with camping and working in the yard. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #506. He is survived by his wife, Joyce of 49 years; 2 sons, Mark Bayus of Ohio City, OH, John Reppond of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Janice Seeds of San Bernardino; 2 brothers, John Bayus of San Bernardino, Jim Bayus of Grand Terrace; 3 sisters, Helen Mikes of San Bernardino, Martha Evanoff of La Habra, Dolly Peterson of Chula Vista; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2007 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and a Chapel Service Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 10:00 am, both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Avenue, San Bernardino. Interment will follow at Montecito Memorial Park
