So many memories it's impossible to name them all here. Penny was such a gracious and loving soul. She was always ready to help whenever and wherever she could. She had a beautiful voice, actually. How do I know? She once belted out "Ring My Bell" from her ensuite bathroom window and didn't care who heard! 😄 She loved See's candy. She would "force" me to sample those Molasses Chips 🤣......FABULOUS!! She always supported you, Rick and Steve...a true Mama Bear to the core! I will miss her warm and welcoming smile, and when that PA slang sneaked out..."You's two go on and have fun".....PRICELESS!! Well, it's sad for those of us left behind but Heaven has a new angel. She is watching over all those she touched with her loving spirit. May God bless the Brownings with courage, strength and peace as only He can. 🙏❤️

I am heartbroken with the passing of my dear friend Penny. I would never have had the opportunity for a career with the Water dept without her help and guidance. I’ll never forget walking into her office for the first time as a frightened new employee. She was so kind to me, made me feel at ease. Imagine my surprise when I looked over and saw a picture of her son Rick. I had just left a job at Sears where Rick and I were coworkers. Well, we became best friends and I truly loved and respected her for the kind, gentle, and loving woman that she was. Her family and friends were everything to her. Rest in peace my dear Penny, I’ll be seeing you. Mary Ann😢💔
