My deepest condolences to her family of the loss of Anne. I will always remember Anne's laughter and giggles, expressed so heartily with a twinkle in her eye. I will miss that Anne. Also, Anne had a deep sense of self-responsibility towards her neighbors and friends, if something was not right or needed to be done, she made sure that she addressed it.
