To Lisa.... it has been so much fun reconnecting. The week I spent with you was such a blast. I love you you crazy lady.
To the entire Demaio family. I'm so sorry for your loss. I loved your mom so much. She was always a mother figure to me. She always made me feel like family, but looking back I know that's how she made everyone feel. One of my favorite memories of your mom was her big healthy mint plant that grew like crazy in her backyard flowerbed. She took the time to explain to me one day that the reason the mint plant was so big and healthy was because it was planted under the leaky water spicket, and mint plants love water... I've always remembered that and every summer when I plant my mint I think of her, and I always plant it under a leaky water spicket.

Denise and David,
My husband, Steve Goodwin, wanted me to convey his condolences. He has such good memories of your mom, shopping in Market Basket with her two little twins, so many decades ago. She sounded like such a nice lady. Now, as the decades have gone by, Steve and I both have had to say "goodbye" for now, to our own parents, but the memories of love and family, always remain embedded in our hearts. Dear Lisa,
It's been way too long since I've seen you. The memories I have of your mom pepper my youth. One that stands out is that as busy as she was raising all her kids, she took the time to give me a perm. I loved that wavy hair. Guess I wanted to be like you. I talked to her about many things, she was truly like a second mom to me. Plus she was just cool! May she rest in peace and may you have fond memories to carry you through this difficult time.

I think I knew Pat in the Mother's of Twins Club when our boys were little. If this is the Pat I knew, we had a great time together and enjoyed our get togethers with all of the other Mother's, it was very helpful at a difficult time trying to get used to caring for so many children all at once. That in itself made us laugh. She was such a nice person and so glad she was a part of my life. May your memories help you all through this difficult and sad time.
