Today I found out you were gone, along with Tom. I have countless memories: tennis tournaments, birthday celebrations, holidays, bar-b-que's poolside...the Vegas trip (begging Tom to turn on the A/C and how he slipped Dawn and I money to gamble)...great times in a young girls' life. Thank you for being a wonderful example to me! Although I haven't seen you in years, you have always held a place in my heart...and I will miss my Christmas updates!

Dawn...no words can express my heartfelt condolences...to lose a parent is difficult, but to lose both in such a short timeframe is devastating! My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. I'm not sure if you remember when you first moved to Arizona, your mom and I were at the airport and we had the best talk, she was so worried about you...just KNOW that she loved you and you were her world...may you find comfort that this life is only a fleeting moment of what HE has promised us, eternal life.

Dawn and family,

I am sorry to hear of Olga's passing.

Olga was my third grade teacher. She was always so kind and patient with me. She shined as a teacher. Her memory stayed with me through out my life.

Reading this tribute wall reminds me of what a wonderful woman she was.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

Hello my name is Rich Oswald I lived next to Olga for 4 years she was the best neighbor a person could ever have. I will miss her so much, i saw her everyday. I would see her walking Barney her dog right about the time I would go to work. When I would arrive home we would talk about our day and how her husband Tom was doing. I work at an assisted living community and we always talked ideas for crafts for the residents. She would take her arts and craft ideas and show them to me , She was a natural. Every single idea she had worked so good with my people other activity directors use her crafts too. We would always give each other gifts we swapped plants and flowers, I would always giver her avacados from my tree in the back yard and she gave me strawberries I would always give her tea and she gave me some mint to plant along the side of my house it was so fun to give her stuff we made a little game of it. She told me not to give her anything that was a nick nack though because she was trying to get rid of stuff. So I would try to give her things that she could use like a wet dry vac for her garage or tea for sore throats for Tom when he was not feeling good. She always would let me borrow her ladder so I would take down her trash when it was to full. When I would be gardening she would always tell me how nice I was making my property. We went out for pancakes at Applebee's, exchanged gifts on christmas. I have a beautiful star she made for our door and wonderful spray painted pine cones.That I put up every year. She was always so busy gardening and swiming in her pool. It is hard to think she is gone She was going to come to my house and have tea and I still have the cups on my counter top. We always used to joke and hang out by her back wall while I was taking my trash to the curb or watering my plants. I still have not gotten used to her not being out in the yard doing her daily chores. I will miss you Olga you where one of a kind! To Dawn and Heath my deepest condolences if you need any help just ring my doorbell or call.

Mrs. Keating,

I sat in your classroom some 40 years ago. My brothers did, too. The most valuable lessons you taught weren't always in a textbook. You are one of my favorites and I use some of your teaching style today. This is to say you have had an impact on a few generations...and some that haven't met you.

You will be missed.

There are no words to express how sad Wednesdays will be at the HSSBV without you. You were such a joy to be around... and we certainly all loved your baked goods as well. You took such good care of us, decorating the office for each season. You showed such love and interest listening to each story about my son and how he was doing in school.

I will remember you and your kindness and think of you often.

OLGA: WHEN I FIRST MET U I SAID I WILL REMEMBER YOUR FIRST NAME, BECAUSE THAT WAS THE NAME OF MY GRANDMOTHER. I DID NOT SEE YOU VERY OFTEN BECAUSE ALSO BEING A VOLUNTEER I HAD DIFFERENT DAYS THAN U.
