Norma I. Neill, 80, died December 18, 2006 at St. Bernardino Medical Center. A homemaker and resident for 53 years, survivors include her husband of 60 years Edgar, 2 sons, Patrick A.( Shirley Ann) and Douglas W. Neill, 2 sisters, Betty Hayes, Joye Fisher, 2 brothers, Tom and Gale Watson, 4 grandchildren, Michael, Reese, Amy and Jared Neill, and 6 great grandchildren, Tyler, Savannah, Suzannah, Korina, Gilbert Jr. and Kane. A memorial service will be held Friday 1:00PM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel- Courtyard, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA Inurnment will be private in Onage, Kansas
