Mikhail P. Kulakov, 82, passed away on February 10, 2010 at his home in Highland, CA. Originally from Russia, Mikhail had lived in the US for 10 years.
He is survived by Anna, his loving wife of 56 years; his six children Evangelina Romanov of South Carolina, Pavel Kulakov of Michigan, Maria Zubov of Tennessee, Michael Kulakov of Washington DC, Peter Kulakov of Georgia and Elena Rudoy of Highland CA. Also surviving him are his brother David Kulakov of Russia, 15 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 3 nephews and 2 nieces.
Services to honor Mikhail’s life will be held in Washington DC where he will be laid to rest.
