Dear Michelle & Jessica,
I was so very sad to hear of your loss. Mike always had a smile on his face and just gleamed when he came to Teddy Bear Tymes to pick up Jessica from school. I will never forget the first time I got the pleasure of meeting Mike. It was during the "big fires" up here by our house and I had gone by your house to check on you guys. Mike answered the door and I told him that I was one of Jessica's teachers at Teddy Bear Tymes and I just wanted to check on you guys because I knew some houses had been lost in your neighborhood. He told me that you and Jessica were taking a nap. He told me how nice it was for me to come by and check on "his girls" to make sure they were safe. He walked me out to my truck (a lifted chevy) and said, "wow, is that your truck? We must have talked for at least 20 minutes about my truck. He was so funny and so in love with "his girls"!! One day he got into town early and surprised Jessica by coming to get her early. Man, was he excited to surprise her!! He just loved Jessica so very much and it showed!! May your fond and funny memories get you through your time of grief. Always remember the love you shared for one another and know that you have lots of people who love you guys and who are here for you. May God watch over you always. Sincerely, Ms. Michele Kirkland (TBT) ##imported-begin##Michele Kirkland##imported-end##
