MICHAEL JOSEPH HEROLD's Obituary
Michael J. Herold, 38, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino.
Michael was a life long resident of San Bernardino who graduated from San Gorgonio High School in 1988. He played baseball in both Little League and Pony League and he loved the outdoors especially Yosemite. Michael was loved by so many people and was a “best” friend to most of them. He had a special place in his heart for cats and cared for many of them throughout the years.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents Frank and Dawn.
He is survived by his loving family; his grandmother Lyda Bea Atkeson of San Bernardino, CA; his aunts Lana Kucera (Frank) and Gaye Robertson both of San Bernardino, CA. Also surviving him are his cousins Larry, Kevin, Tim and Megan and his second cousins Zarek, Cody, Landon and Hunter, and many other family and friends.
A visitation will held this evening at 4 p.m. with a chapel service to be held on Saturday August 30th at 10:30 a.m. both at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. A graveside service will follow the chapel service at Montecito Memorial Park.
