MELVIN ROGER STARKWEATHER's Obituary
Melvin R. Starkweather, 77, passed away June 14, 2007 in San Bernardino. Born July 23, 1929 in Chicago IL, Melvin moved to San Bernardino in 1945. He had been a long time member of The Elk (Lodge 836). A man of strong Christian faith he attended Calvary Chapel of San Bernardino, CA for the past 12 years. He had previously been a member of First Christian Church of San Bernardino for 22 years. He is survived by Sharon his wife of 35 years, his sister Carol Willsey of Oregon, daughters, Paula McCormick (Brian) and Pam Starkweather, grandson Andrew McCormick all of San Bernardino, stepson Raymond L. Smith (Laura), stepdaughter Sharon LeRae Lennox (Ewart) and 7 other grandchildren in Canada. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Calvary Chapel San Bernardino, 1499 E. Baseline, San Bernardino, CA 92410. Private interment will be held at Mt. View Cemetery.
